Manufacturer: Techiad
Availability: In Stock
Packaging Sizes: 10kg

Polyurethane based two component foam system which during an exothermic chemical reaction foams to a product which is rigid and of low density nature. For all your insulation needs, be it Cold Rooms, Tobacco Barns, Mortuaries, wherever you need to regulate the temperature, we have the foam for your needs.

Polyurethane based two component foam system which during an exothermic chemical reaction foams to a product which is rigid and of low density nature.

  • Foam A & B has excellent thermal insulation properties as well as low water absorption.
  • Foam A & B supersedes products like expanded polystyrene, glass wool, kaylite etc. in thermal insulation at about half the thermal barrier thickness.

Used for the production of high density and rigid castings or moulds such as wildlife simulation. It is used for the insulation of refridgerators, tobacco barns, mushrooms, houses, mortuaries, cold rooms, cooler boxes etc. Polyurethane formulations cover an extremely wide range of stiffness, hardness, and densities. These materials include: Low-density flexible foam used in upholstery, bedding, and automotive and truck seating, Low density elastomers used in footwear, Hard solid plastics used as electronic instrument bezels and structural parts, Flexible plastics used as straps and bands.

  • The surfaces where the Foam system is to be applied must be clean and dry.
  • Stir Component A before use (avoid frothing).
  • After pouring or injecting allow the foam to stand for at least 20 minutes before dejigging or demoulding.
  • Keep in cool and dry place.
  • Use appropriate PP when handling.
