Terms and Conditions - A deposit of $USD 1000is required from all bidders. Payment is strictly CASH or RTGS by Monday end of day.
Auctions for corporates, individuals, NGO's, quasi-government or government organisations are conducted on any suitable date as dictated by the principal without altering the Sheriff/M.O.C calendar. Auctions can be conducted jointly and sometimes simultaneously if need be.
