Techcoat is a one-component polyurethane based coating suitable for the sealing and protection of wood, plaster, concrete, stone and similar absorbent surfaces. It can be sprayed or applied by brush.

• Techcoat is a ready-to-use, fast drying material with a brownish tint.
• The product provides excellent protection against abrasion and has good chemical resistance against water, oils and dilute acids and alkalis.

A polyurethane sealing and coating compound that can be used on concrete and wooden floors giving them a brownish tint to render them dustproof and hardwearing. The product also seals water structures made of concrete or brick under-plastic.

• All surfaces must be dry and free of dust and grease.
• Thoroughly mix the contents before application.
• Wooden surfaces need to be sanded before the coating is applied.
• Thin down the first coat of Techcoat with an equal volume of Techiad Thinners to produce maximum penetration into the surface.
• When the first coat gets touch dry, apply second and subsequent coats unthinned. The interval between applications should not exceed 12 hours.
